Workforce Wellbeing Ltd is a multidisciplinary occupational health company led by accredited occupational health physicians. Workforce Wellbeing was established in 2011 and continues to provide quality occupational health services, primarily OHP services, to a number of private and public sector organisations including the NHS, local authorities, fire and rescue services and higher education institutions. We are proud of our 100% contract retention rate since the company was established. All our OH Physicians hold as a minimum a post graduate qualification in occupational medicine (Diploma, AFOM,MFOM,FFOM) There are procedures in place which ensure that our doctors have GMC registration, appropriate qualifications and valid Medical Defence insurance. With our existing staff, we administer:
Approximately 4000 sickness absence and fitness for work assessments per annum;
200 ill health retirement assessments per annum;
We supervise and undertake in total over 1000 Tier 3 and 4 HAVS assessment per annum;
Approximately 160 asbestos surveillance medicals a year;
We continue to assist companies to reduce grievance and litigation claims;
We assist our clients to manage employees’ attendance with the benefit of effective and clear OH advice;
We help with the implementation of health surveillance programmes (e.g. HAVS) in accordance with HSE guidance.
