Join us on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 from 12.30pm until 1.15pm for our webinar – “Neurodiversity and Work: Practical Guidance for HR”, a focused session led by Dr Ahmed Ali, Associate Chief Medical Officer at Workforce Wellbeing.
Dr Ali is an experienced Occupational Health Physician with a strong clinical background spanning pharmacy, general practice and occupational medicine. He brings practical insight from working with a wide range of employers and neurodivergent employees, helping organisations understand what actually works on the ground rather than relying on theory alone.
In this session he’ll look at neurodiversity through a workplace lens. He’ll explain how common neurodivergent traits show up day to day, what HR teams often miss, and how thoughtful adjustments can improve performance, confidence and working relationships. He’ll also touch on when formal assessment is useful and how to approach conversations that feel sensitive or uncertain.
The aim is simple: give HR managers clear, evidence-informed guidance they can use straight away, without jargon or overcomplication.
